Finance Lye’s fine for non-attendance at the March meeting has yet to be received. Secretary to remind this team. Should payment not be paid by June meeting the fine will be doubled.
Sponsor invoices are to be forwarded by the treasure. The West Hagley sourced additional sponsorship to be invoiced in two parts
Chris Parkes (Surfworks) has been paid £614 for handbooks etc, MCCC membership paid £17.50
Current account £1219.36 with deposit remaining at £1861.64
Fines clubs are to be reminded of the need to complete the cards correctly, phone in the result etc.. A list of fines will be prepared and circulated.
There are no real concerns re new rules or matches thus far, however clubs should consider and inform the league if they are likely to be compromised by Football World Cup events.
There are three outstanding 10 10 ties which need to be completed by the end of June. The league should be informed of the date and venue of such games.
